"I just want to comment about the food. The food quality is not very tasty, and the price of food is very expensive compare to the taste etc. I want to recommend the Pesto spaghetti to be removes from the menu. "The hotel albeit not new is generally very comfortable and the rooms are good size and all the amenities are functioning - only complain is the air con which is noisy and not very efficient. The decor is a bit date and I understand the east wing has already been refurbished so hopefully the west wing where we stayed will be done up soon. "This was our second stay at the Marion. It's like spending the night at the museum. You can read the history of the original owner if you spend a few minutes at the waterfront Chinese Heritage Museum. "The bathroom is very clean well equipped and the shower place is very good as water does not leak and wet other parts of the bathroom. However, the room cupboard is very near the bed and hence, not very convenient. Our main concern is that the room does not have a fridge and so not very convenient to stay there for a few days.
