"Das Zimmer war groß, schön und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider war das Bett sehr hart, was auch die angebotenen Ersatzkissen nicht verbessern konnten. "From our welcome at check-in through to our final day, our 12 day stay at Cittadines Connect Georgetown was a pleasure. The spacious foyer with plenty of seating options and coffee on hand, set the tone for our very comfortable King room. Buffet breakfasts were enjoyable with plenty of options. All staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel!"

"A nice studio apartment hotel suitable for travellers that prefer large spacious room with a simple kitchenette. Pros: 1) carpark is available 2) near to botanical garden and food court 3) fast and easy checkin 4) Spacious, clean and comfortable room 5) has a fitness centre at level 7 Cons: 1) Sound proofin needed 2) apartment is quite enclosed with no windows besides the balcony and bathroom window."

"Self service check in but instructions were explicitly clear (no way you could get it wrong). The best apartment to stay, clean, spacious, good for 8 pax. Very close to a local market, eatery but away from the noise. Other than the previous trash which was not cleared when we check in, other than that its perfect for us. 10/10"

"Great place to stay! Steps away from the beach. Loved the pool with kids pool being a bonus. Having a wide selection of TV channels was great. Watched some Olympics. Plenty of dining options available with the night market being our favorite choice. The bus stop to Georgetown and other attractions right in front. Would recommend!"

We have to queue for long in order to be seat. Table cleaning was not well clean. Asking for child kiddy set which need 3 follow up and requested with different servant to be given. Food was not refill after finished. Buffet Dinner -> servant was not enough to well serve all customers. Our tables...

Something to improve.

"Very nice food here. All foods are very delicious I love it. But, shower cream and shampoo kind of cheap. Can consider to have something more better with good smell or branded like L’Occitane / Tanamera / Crabtree Evelyn. Laundry bag also only normal plastic bag. Please upgrade to better one. "
