It could use a little decoration and we were without hot water on several occasions but over all there was good street food markets in both directions and a couple of grocery stores nearby for snacks…not a kitchen for cooking meals in. "I am glad that i got to stay in this apartment when i am in Penang with family. The unit is unique, clean and modern looking. All of our family members enjoy the stay here. When we left Penang, we have accidentally left a bag in the apartment. The owner has let us known and go above and beyond to help sending the bag back to us, greatly appreciated! Will definitely be back again next time we are in Penang!"

"The check-in process was rushed and worker did not bother to explain anything about the hotel and its amenities (of which I paid a premium for) except about the breakfast. No mention about the beach, pools, 24-hour gym, kid's adventure zone etc - I had to google about all these myself! Bad check in experience"
