"We had such an amazing stay! The entire and I mean the entire hotel was breathtaking . From the moment you walk through the front door to the elevator ride to your room it will leave you feeling like money well spent. This hotel is like something you only see in movies. "Tiny rooms - there wasn’t even enough room to open a carry on suitcase on the floor and the wardrobe door couldn’t open without moving the chair out of position. Bed was comfortable but so small for two people. Bathroom so small the toilet roll holder was under the sink and the door had to be closed to use the toilet. The staff and housekeeping share two lifts with guests throughout the day to service 20 floors and it took on average 5 minutes just to get in the lift. Service was good but it all...

"Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and helpful, and it was nice that they left us some snacks and a welcome. The hotel was very cute and clean. The rooms are small, but the queen room was totally functional and roomy enough for two people. Would have been nice to have a small mini fridge. The complementary breakfast was a great bonus, and location was perfect. Could hear music until 10 pm when the wine bar is open, but after that it was perfectly quiet - couldn’t hear any street noise....

Comfy but can be better!

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. Besides that the rooms were small, I guess it’s expected from what I read so it’s acceptable. Requesting room cleaning and also extra drinking bottled water was done efficiently. Overall we were quite ok with our 5 night stay and had a good sleep! "
