"What an amazing hotel with excellent service. We travelled with 2 young children and all of the staff couldnt do enough for us. Location of hotel in Ballutta Bay was beautiful and we even got a free room upgrade to a suite which was very much appreciated as the kids had extra space to play and watch kids tv. Pool facilities were incredible. Would definately recommend!"

"Freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Abend- und Frühstücksbuffet, viele Wellnessangebote, mehrere Pools, gute Lage. Negativ war die Location unseres Zimmers, direkt über dem Speisesaal, was eine etwas laute Geräuschkullise zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten bedeutete. Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr schön! "

"The Hotel and our suite was nothing special. The room itself was actually not in a very good condition - the balcony faced a boring back street and had broken floor tiles and a rusty railing. We had a leakage from the toilet ceiling, and the furniture were worn. There is a huge gym with generous opening hours, but the gym staff were neither friendly or helpful. "Booked this as a getaway as a couple. Very pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel. Greeted with a welcoming glass of Prosecco on arrival. We were able to check in an hour early which was great. Our room was lovely, top floor with a balcony. And the staff at taken our luggage up for us. The facilities at the hotel are great, the bar is fantastic, the use of the private pool by the sea is great too, however not being able to move the beds to face the sun is a little disappointing....
