"We stayed in Bled for one night on a longer trip through Croatia and Slovenia, and the Grand Hotel Toplice wasn't our most luxurious stay. "Ietwat gedateerd hotel, maar verder alles keurig netjes en op orde. Wij hadden een kamer op de eerste verdieping en we hadden uitzicht op het meer. Dat er wat gebouwen ‘in de weg’ staan, mag de pret niet hinderen, je bent nauwelijks op je kamer als het goed is. Wel hadden we een bubbelbad waarin we konden douchen. "Don’t let the term hostel deter you from booking this wonderful hotel. While they do have bunk rooms with shared bathrooms, we booked a beautiful room with ensuite bath. It was quiet and extremely clean. The location of the hotel is walkable from train or bus stations and is in the heart of the historic area of a lovely town. The view from the hostels back terrace and our bedroom was amazing. "

"Der Eingangsbereich und manche Details wirken etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das Apartment ist sehr hell, freundlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nur die Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack etwas sehr weich, aber das empfindet ja jeder anders. Die Betreiber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Empfehlungen für Spaziergänge und auch zum Essen gehen im Ort waren alle sehr gut."

"If you are visiting Lake Bled this is a great place to stay as you are only a 10 minute drive away . There is on site parking which is included . The breakfast area was cozy and had all the basics needed to start your day and was also included . There are several restaurants nearby to choose from for lunch or dinner . "Close enough to walk to anything and everything Lake Bled has to offer yet just enough removed from the business of Lake Bled during the summer. Breakfast was fantastic We were given great suggestions for things to do in and around Bled. The laundry service was greatly appreciated (24 hours between clothes being dropped off and being washed, folded and returned to us for 15 EUR) If we ever return to Bled we will come back here!"
