"This was a great stay. We booked for the area and spa. Did not disappoint. Spa was very large and well appointed and attended. Room was amazing and spacious. Staff was excellent and made every effort to ensure we had anything we could possibly want. If I had to say anything less than great it would be the hours of the spa do not match the website and close early. "

"O hotel é muito bem localizado, está próximo ao centro histórico, restaurante e lojas. O único inconveniente foi a chegada ao hotel. Não se pode parar com o carro na frente, somente do outro lado da rua e se você seguir em frente ganhará uma multa, que foi o que aconteceu conosco. Fomos inclusive parados pela polícia austríaca. Fora isso, o quarto está todo renovado, banheiro e cama bons. Café excelente com variedade incrível de frutas e pães. O hotel não tem estacionamento mas indica um...

"Comfortable stay near centre of Innsbruck and a short walk to the golden roof and old part of Innsbruck. Friendly and helpful staff at reception but staff in restaurant not as friendly. Good breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and nice cooked options. Few minor issues - broken window fitment, shower gel dispenser broken. Would recommend. "

"This is a fantastic hotel in the heart of old town Innsbruck, perfect location and first class accommodation and services we really couldn't fault it. Breakfast is plentiful and something for everyone, bar area is lovely, pool and sauna were just fab and staff are friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you. Despite booking an economy room it far exceeded expectations for size and comfort with so many fantastic details that made it just that bit more special than the average hotel....

"Being a small hotel close to the train station in Innsbruck we were expecting a bland business hotel. But Sailer really surprised us. Everything was of good quality, felt authentic, service was excellent, restaurant much better than expected. We were positively surprised and enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend!"
