"This place is first rate, would absolutely stay again. It appears to be brand new, and everything was in impeccable, perfect condition. The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating - he dealt with our late check-in, invited us to a local event (New Year's Eve fireworks!), and allowed us a late checkout to help us deal with a complicated family situation. "A brand new hotel so very clean and comfortable. The room was nice but sparse, by US standards. The breakfast was wonderful with ample choices and it had easy access to our activity. The check in is a bit strange as there is no reception so you have to download their app and check in from there."

"Comfortable stay near centre of Innsbruck and a short walk to the golden roof and old part of Innsbruck. Friendly and helpful staff at reception but staff in restaurant not as friendly. Good breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and nice cooked options. Few minor issues - broken window fitment, shower gel dispenser broken. Would recommend. "
