"This was the perfect hotel for my one-night stay. I was just there to see two Broadway shows and an exhibit at the Met, so I didn't need anything more than a clean, comfortable, safe place to sleep. This was that and then some. I will definitely be back. It's minimalist, but all I needed. And there's a great 24-hour deli next door."

"I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in January 2025 and was glad I chose it. The front desk at check-in was congenial and efficient and answered the few questions I had and allowed me to check-in early. My room was well arranged, very clean and up to date. I really appreciated that the windows had two blinds: one for total blackout darkness and another more sheer to allow light in but still provide privacy. "This place is a gem! I can't believe how spacious the room was. We travel with two kids so having extra space makes such a difference and so rare to find in New York city. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great. close enough to times square/theaters to walk but far enough to be quiet."

"I love the hotel, but I think they need to review their long term maintenance procedures. The ancient heating unit in my room would turn off once a day (I was there 3 nights). Staff was helpful and showed me how to reboot it, but I don't think anyone documented my problem. Also the bathroom was spotless, but the inside of the bathroom door really needed a paint job. Great hotel just needs some TLC"

"Small, clean, efficient place to stay convenient to midtown manhattan. It is loud but what else would you expect in midtown manhattan. The location feels very safe and despite the name of the hotel, rooms are private and there is even a lounge area with water, tea and coffee in the morning. Great for the price. "

"Overall a great stay! Front desk agent( I think her name was Jordan) was great!! Give her a raise! Only thing that was eh was a rude women employee, presumably manager on the roof top bar around 11pm 1/18. We were told by the desk that the bar would be open later as it was busy. We were already on top floor so we walked upstairs via stairs, opened the door and an alarm went off. It completely scared us! She yelled at us in front of everyone “What do you think you’re doing!”. "We had a wonderful stay at the Warwick. The room was remarkably spacious, unlike most nyc hotels. The room was beautifully decorated and the corner room allowed for tons of natural light. I’d go back over and over again. "

Comfy but can be better!

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. Besides that the rooms were small, I guess it’s expected from what I read so it’s acceptable. Requesting room cleaning and also extra drinking bottled water was done efficiently. Overall we were quite ok with our 5 night stay and had a good sleep! "
