"I have stayed at Springhill a number of time. I was never charged for parking. This time I was charged $11.00 for parking. There when we got back from our event there was no parking space. We had to drive around the building twice. We end up parking in the parking across the street. "

"The hotel is new, cozy and stylish. it was essential for me there is laminate flooring with a small rug in the room. It is more hygienic than the rug flooring. Everything is new and clean in the room, a big TV, coffee machine, and bathroom. I'm not too fond of pillows but I believe this is my preference. I was not able to have breakfast or use a pool. But the pool area is nice. Parking is very convenient. "

"The staff was super accommodating and took pride in their work. They really are the star of this location. The location itself could use a refresh. Lampshades have mold on them, the tv is old, and the beds while soft are on really flimsy frames that let the mattress slide too much. If the staff was given the tools to succeed, I have no doubt this would be a top hotel. "

"Everything was really good, however, the shower could have been a little harder of a spray. It was a rain type shower head and came out kinda slow. It was harder to get the soap off and because the water was so soft. Other than this, the place was great!"

"Over all great place. Hated that the pool was unusable!!!! Felt like a hot sauna. No ventilation Couldn’t breath in the pool room. Front desk said everyone complained about that but that they couldn’t do anything about it! Corporate reall needs to fix that!!!"

"This was last minute trip that and property was chosen based on location. It is walking distance to at least 5 restaurants. The staff were GREAT. They obviously emphasize treating their guests well. The staff were nicer than most fancy places are now. It is not far from The Woodlands, Lake Conroe and Huntsville for vacation stuff, and it is probably a good place if you work on NE side of Houston"

"They need some footing helpers in the bathtub. The tub was slippery as ice and has only a grab bar which did not help me when I slipped and fell in the tub but was helpful when I pulled myself back up. Thought I might have cracked a rib but it's feeling a bit better today so likely just some bruised muscle. But $2 worth of bathtub stick on anti slip pads would be a good item to bring with you. And the in room phone was totally non functional."
