"My only issue was the use of the iPad to access the TV. It didn't work for my room however, when we advised them they gave us a free drink each. Noone came to fix it but we didn't mind since we were too tired each night to watch it anyway. "

"Das Personal war wirklich nett. Wir nutzten am An- und Abreisetag den Gepäckservice. Der kostet pro Gepäckstück 3Pound, war super praktisch und wir konnten jede Minute nutzen. Das Frühstück war überschaubar, es war aber für jeden was dabei. Die Zimmer waren ruhig und sehr klein. Die Fahrt von Heathrow nach KingsCross geht in ca 1 Stunde ohne Umstieg. "This complex is like a second home for me. "Ho soggiornato con mia figlia in questo bellissimo hotel. Avevamo la camera angolare con tre finestre e porta finestra, molto luminosa. La stanza grande e con tutti i confort, bagno con doccia fantastica. Situato in una zona molto tranquilla, comoda alla metro ma anche a piedi si arriva tranquillamente in zona della Tate Modern. Non abbiamo fatto colazione in hotel ma li vicino ci sono molti locali sia per colazione che per cena. Lo consiglio e ci tornerò. "

Would have been better if we could have worked out how do cast to the TV, instructions were given but it didn't work. Coffee machine seemed to be a bit temperamental. "The location is within a 10-minute walk to the tube station and a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.
