Please make sure to highlight CASH ONLY in capital letters wherever possible. Additionally, inform guests that the property has no elevator and requires navigating many steps, even to access the first floor. "We appreciated the location and the room was comfortable. Note it is a walk up so need to be able to carry your luggage up several flights. There are earplugs -- but this spot might not be ideal for light sleepers who don't like traffic and people noise. The entrance is on 9th street. Right below the hotel is a 24 hour shop with tasty breakfast and sandwiches. Nice to have a desk/table for 2 people to eat or work. Internet was good. Handy to have a little kitchen for leftovers or simple cooking....
