"This is a beautiful hotel in the traditional British style. The interior is well maintained, clean and comfortable. Our room was well-appointed with an actual king sized bed (not two twins pushed together). The breakfast was a typical English with the addition of fresh fruit and a nice selection of pastries. The bar is also worth a visit - a very nice list of innovative cocktails."

"I had a nice stay here. The room I was in was quiet with the exception of one night when noise carried from the patio below, which is important to me as a light sleeper. "The tube is right there but there is no elevator for the tube. The area is nice with a few pubs with good food plus the two hotels have restaurants. Snack shop, pharmacy even KFC right there. And the tube will take you anywhere else you want to go. Hotel elevator is very secure as you have to use your room key to operate. Porters to handle luggage. excellent value."

"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"
