"Exceeded my expectations. I knew that breakfast would be provided each morning. But I didn't know that Jeff is a restaurant chef and his wife Linda is a CIA trained pastry chef. Jeff and Linda were so friendly and accommodating. I felt almost as if I were staying with family. After breakfast I took my 2nd cup of coffee outside to the garden where I read for awhile. "We had a one night stay. The front desk lady was polite enough but in no way friendly. It seemed like we were bothering her. Our room was good, my husband and I enjoyed the separation of our room with a king bed to the living room with the sleeper sofa. Overall, the room was clean. The pool closed much earlier than we’d liked and we were not allowed to bring any type of beverage into the pool area, even water in a plastic cup. "

"I am disappointed with the manager Lauren W. I had stroke with right side paralysis and can’t use my right side. They have handicapped bathroom with toilet paper on left side toilet paper dispenser and handrail but I am not allowed to use it because it is designated as employee bathroom. There are other bathrooms down the hall that the employees can use. Lauren did give me a booster seat for room toilet tho. I feel I should be allowed to use the hall bathroom that is handicapped friendly. "

"The hotel is old but we got a great room! It was a two bedroom suite and perfect for our family of 4 adults and a small dog. The location is good. Close to food and shopping. There's an Acme and Walgreens right across the street. The only bad thing is it's right near a toll so we paid the toll several times going back and forth for activities. There's probably a way around it but I didn't take the time to figure it out."
