"最高のホテルでした！ 前日はヴェネツィアの別のところに泊まっていて、すごく良くなかったので急遽このホテルを予約して朝一で移動して来ました。 それにも関わらず、もう出来上がっていた部屋があったみたいで、朝からお部屋に入れてくれました。 またウェルカムドリンクや、お菓子、メッセージカードなどすごく歓迎してもらえて素敵なホテルでした！ お部屋も広々していて、清潔感もあり、リバービューを予約したのですが、部屋を入った時から川が見えるぐらい眺望もよかったです。夕方にはターンダウンがあり、夜はシャッターを閉めて寝ることもできるので、安心です。 周辺の治安もヴェネツィアの中で1番くらいに良いエリアだと思います。専用の水上タクシー乗り場もあるので、ぼったくりなどに遭わずに、乗れることもいいと思いました。 このホテルに泊まってよかったです！"

"Beautiful old world charm hotel with a super modern and spacious room and bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more than we expected. This hotel is very close to the water taxi which is very important when you’re carrying luggage. Finally the rooftop terrace was amazing and a can’t miss spot. "

"O camping é de excelente qualidade. É a quarta vez que me hospedo no local. Das vezes anteriores ficamos em bangalôs que passaram por remodelação, mas os dois que reservamos para nossa família desta vez ainda tinham configuração antiga. Mesmo assim, são confortáveis e oferecem tudo o que precisamos para a estadia. A limpeza não estava impecável desta vez, mas a comunicação com o staff continua impecável. São todos extremamente simpáticos e prestativos. Super recomendo!"

"I’ve stayed at hotels in Milan and Rome and this hotel in Venice was the best one. Room was spacious. Breakfast buffet had great quality food. The best part was they had housekeeping twice a day, so our room was always clean and had fresh towels! Never seen that anywhere else, even in the US. Will definitely come back to this hotel whenever I visit Venice."
