"The hotel is outstanding, much better than anticipated. It was somewhat harder to find the door at night because it is in a side street, extremely closed to Piazza San Marco. If you are a light sleeper, you might have an issue with the church bell during the night. Room had a nespresso coffee machine and an electric tea kettle with different selections of tea. The room was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was a dream. Highly recommend! "

"The apartment was incredibly comfortable. The air, the wifi, the beds, all A quality!! The check in process was easy and the staff were super helpful. Rooms separate with a door which was great! "I love the view from my room. It overlooked the gondola parking area. This hotel was recently renovated, and only opened about a week ago. The building itself is very very old and historic, but the rooms were all brand new. The staff was all very accommodating. They gave me direction with a gracious attitude. A two minute walk to Saint Mark Square highly recommend"

"Excellent location in Grand Canal, very good price compared to others in location. The hotel is modern which was good, very clean, great breakfast and nice rooftop bar. The concierge was very helpful. The only problem we had was one shower was clogged and flooded the bathroom. The rooms are small try to get a bigger category. "
