"My wife and I enjoyed two nights at 312 Piazza San Marco. Our hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic and very close to all main attractions. Asela was very hospitable and welcoming. He arranged quick transportation on several occasions and a tour of a Murano glass factory. We would highly recommend this hotel!"

"We had an amazing stay at Aqua Palace - lovely spacious rooms with more traditional decor. It was located well; 5min walk from the Rialto water bus stop and another 5 mins the other way to St Marks Square. There were lots of shops, restaurants etc. nearby. We had 2 room types, both with canal views. The deluxe double view was much nicer straight down the canal with the triple room less desirable as you had to put your head out the window to see the canal. "

"Loved the location of the property. Restaurants, shopping and attractions are within a 10 min walk or less. Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. If you have motility issues this stay wouldn’t be for you as it does require multiple stairs, but I really think it’s worth the few flight of stairs "

"The property’s location is very close to the water bus , restaurants and the Rialto bridge . The hotel is very clean and well organized. Huge selection for breakfast. The most important reason why we love this place are the friendly people who work here . They made it feel like home for us . Outstanding service . "The hotel was clean and helpful. They gave us a tour at no additional charge and even kept our luggage safe for us after we had checked out. The only issue I had was the hairdryer didn't work. Other than that, I would say it was an excellent stay!"
