"Amazing service! It is a bit of a walk to the nearest MRT station and the beds could be a touch softer, but otherwise excellent everything. Breakfast options varied with some constant and others changing daily, for example same congee, scrambled eggs and salad offfering every day but different broth soup and “entree” type dishes every day. Lots of restaurant options around hotel. Highly recommended if distance away from an MRT (about a 10 minute walk) is not a dealbreaker. "

"We arrived at the hotel around 7pm and check in was an easy process. Slightly annoyed that the room we wanted to choose was shown as available on their screen however it was rebooked for an additional by current guess. The room itself was clean and bed was comfortable. Our kettle was broken and reception replaced it right away. We asked for additional pillows and they were delivered immediately. Customer service was great and very helpful. We asked about the air conditioning in the room as...
