"It was a 1st time staying here and I was pleased with the service of all the staff of VIA Hotel. Location is walking distance to the mrt and ximending shopping area. Hotel provide snacks and drinks for guest 24 hrs and a comfy area for u to relax while waiting to check in. Staff are very friendly and approachable and always ready to assist u when in need. "We stayed 7 days in this hotel. The room is clean although it’s a little bit small for two persons. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is a credit. It’s convenient and easy to reach out to MRT and restaurants. The MRT is next to the hotel. I’ll stay there if I have a trip to Taipei again. "

"It’s a beautiful hotel. Great rooms and accommodating. My one hang up is the hotel staff at the front desk has ice in their veins. I have never been treated so coldly checking into a hotel before and I’ve travelled all around Asia. Maybe that was just the couple employees I was dealing with at the time and the rest are great, I’m not sure. Overall though, it was a great stay. "
