"It was a 1st time staying here and I was pleased with the service of all the staff of VIA Hotel. Location is walking distance to the mrt and ximending shopping area. Hotel provide snacks and drinks for guest 24 hrs and a comfy area for u to relax while waiting to check in. Staff are very friendly and approachable and always ready to assist u when in need. "One of the best things about Hotel Eclat that the rooms have ample storage space! There are drawers for several days of clothing, closet space for emptied luggages, and additional space with doors for souvenirs and other miscellaneous items. I like to put things away, not lying them out in the open; this hotel fulfills this aspect. The location is convenient, the area is safe. The decoration in the lobby is beautiful! Will stay there again for my future trips."
