"This hotel is beautiful! We loved our stay here. The grounds are stunning and we enjoyed walking around the area to check out shops and restaurants. There was a slight delay with our room being ready at check-in, but we were offered an upgraded room as a consolation. No complaints there! We ended up with a gorgeous patio room viewing the trains, near the pool and restaurant. We hope to be back again sometime- what a fabulous hotel! "

"It was a great 1st walk in experience. It is one of the nicest places we have stayed and had splurged a little due to it being our honeymoon. That being said, we stayed for a week and the longer we stayed the services declined. We went from top notch services to holed towels to no room service at all. Restaurant in hotel way over priced and expensive. Security is great and a plus. Wasn’t expecting the daily parking fees. Bed was very comfortable but dresser drawers were broken and it took about...

It was also very convenient to Ruby Falls and Rock City… We actually wanted to extend our stay but it was booked. I really love cabins 7&8 for photography."
