"Even though the staff was friendly they were pretty inefficient and rather clueless when we asked for advice or service. The phones from the tents didn’t work so we had to walk to reception every time we needed something. The activities for kids were restricted. The biggest disappointment is the noise, one thinks this is a haven in the desert but lots of huge 4x4 come as early as sunrise for dune bashing, not to mention all the quads.... the website is and pictures tell a story of peace and...

"Très bel hôtel avec des chambres confortables et un excellent accueil Les parties communes sont très luxueuses Il y a un parking Nous n’avons pas pris le petit déjeuner Le seul regret est sur la piscine qui appartient à un club de sport et qui sert pour des cours aux enfants et adultes Aussi ce n’est pas une piscine pour barboter mais pour nager et les clients étaient tous habillés donc nous ne nous sommes pas sentis à l’aise pour se baigner en maillot de bain "
