"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Old Town Doha, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived to the day I checked out, every detail was handled with care and genuine hospitality. A huge thank you to Ozlem (Duty Manager), whose warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness set the tone for my entire stay. Her kind demeanor and proactive approach made me feel incredibly welcomed and valued. Ismail, the Hotel Manager, also stood out for his visible presence and dedication. It’s clear that he leads by example—his team is attentive, courteous, and clearly takes pride in their work. He checked in on guests personally, which speaks volumes about the service standards here. Willy at the front desk was outstanding—friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. Special thanks as well to Naiomi from housekeeping. My room was always kept spotless throughout my stay, and the thoughtful little touches did not go unnoticed. She was always cheerful and respectful, making sure everything was just right. And lastly a huge thank you to the breakfast and valet team who always welcomed us with a smile and kind words. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, ideally located in Old Town Doha, and offers all the comfort and elegance you’d expect from the Hilton name. But what truly makes this place shine is the team. They turned what would have been a good trip into a truly memorable one!"

"The staff here go above and beyond for requests and are so helpful. The hotel is clean, safe and has excellent facilities. The rooms have such great views and security and valet are excellent. "I loved everything about the property. Very diverse, welcoming, warm, beautiful, fun and accommodating. My massage was peaceful and my food was delicious. I had fish and chips at the Belgian Cafe. Nice terrace. The only thing I didn't care for was the smokers. I still enjoyed myself "
