"Excellent level of service and attention to detail. It was a luxury having the lounge included in our stay and we enjoyed the wonderful hospitality and service throughout the whole hotel. Chef Austin from Scotland was a gem! And all of the team. Pools were great, spa could do with a facelift but other than that a wonderful family holiday in a great hotel that we would recommend and definitely stay in again. Thank you all."

"The staff were all kind and it was a comfortable hotel. There was an Indian restaurant on-site so there was no problem with food, and the location was good, just 15-20 minutes walk from Mutrah Souq.
