"I never write reviews but this time it was a must. The staff at this property are all great! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They were always helpful and polite. Please give your staff awards! I was amazed on how clean this property was, from the rooms, dining area, pool and garden. Breakfast was included, every day the owners would greet us and ask if everything was ok, by the end of our stay we were have conversations during breakfast. They made us feel like...

"We had a nice stay overall. The staff was friendly, and the food was good. There wasn't any hot water, but that was only an issue with showering. But not having hot water was pretty common throughout Nicaragua."

"Well to start i booked a 3 bed room they gave me 2 beds. The room said AC and they said i had to pay extra $15 a night for it. The water coming out like a water gun no pressure dirty water. The whole experience was horrible and do not recommend just cause it was cheap. Never stay here. Trust me when i say it and save you a headache. That's how bad it was.Go to a name brand hotel that you know you will pay a bit more but get excellent quality. "
