"Cute hotel. Very quaint, clean, good breakfast. Good value for the price. We stayed at the casita. Bed was a bit hard and they don’t have colchas just thin bed covers but overall it was ok. What I love the most was that it is very Nicaraguan. "

"Erick the staff member in the main front door was great every time I came into the hotel he greeted me very well and very professional. Victoria of the cleaning staff was very great and wonderful in regards to the cleaning of my room and greeted when ever I saw her around the hotel. However Grepseell one of the staff members at the front desk was very rude and nasty. At one point she spoke to my guest very rudely and nasty. She made it a point to belittle him. "The hotel property is beautiful and extremely well maintained. The overall service was very good. The noice coming from the dining area next to room number #4 was a bit challenging for 2-3 hours until dining by other guests was completed. The front desk service was excellent. "Loved this hotel. Remember to ask the staff to heat the jacuzzi. Wasn't that hot in the afternoon so we asked them to heat it up so we could go in after dinner. Went in at 8:30 and got out at 9pm. Very relaxing, fell right to sleep after, best night sleep of our honemoon. The breakfast is very tasty and the restaurant workers are really friendly. Will stay here again for a few nights next time."
