"It is a really nice hotel, clean facilities, accesible, the shuttle bus has a great service. Great amenities. "

"Overall a decent stay. Only issue is that you have to reserve a provided shuttle in advance or else you will not get a time. Other Hampton Inn’s have a couple of shuttles running that are 24/7. A little surprised since the location of the hotel is very close to JFK Airport. "

"Nice hotel which was newly built. Beautiful rooftop restaurant/bar and really nice room. The view from my room was not the best though; we had a view of the roof with bird droppings. Overall good experience "

"The hotel has recently reopened and they are rebuilding their reputation. The hotel charges $150 as a holding deposit on arrival which is refunded after check out as long as you don’t smoke in the room. The hotel is in a great location and easy to travel to different areas around New York. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Ignore any calls or emails that are not from Expedia.co.uk as there are scammers trying to con you out of money so be aware. "

"Well the place is good! Around is little bit noisy!but for the rest is good, well the privacy have to improve a little be more, i can hear the elevator every time someone goes down or up! And is a little annoying in the night! "

"The hotel facilities are very nice but it’s located in an area where we felt very unsafe walking at night so we had to take ubers. There is nothing to around the hotel so it’s just the 10 min walk to the subway station. During the day is seems safer but you could come across individuals that are visibly unhappy to see tourists walking around their neighborhood. Breakfast was included but it was packed at all different times. With very little place to sit and a lot of dirty plates and trash on...

"Stayed here for a quick overnight for a flight in the morning Hotel was nice and clean but one thing really stood out. I asked the front desk for directions to a convenient store nearby to pick something up. Lloyd gave me directions to one a few blocks away. I attempted to walk it but could not find it. Most signs are in a different language in this area. Came back and Lloyd asked if I found it and I said no. He didn't miss a beat and said "Lets go! I'll take you to it" He did just that and I...
