"Lovely view of the bay"

"It's a nice hotel with a very good connection to the city the airport/Blue Lagoon and a quick getaway into the nature. Was a perfect hotel for a quick stop in Iceland to get to see everything reachable within a one day trip."

"Difficult to find but once you figure out where it is located it is good. Wish the hotel Lobby was in the building where you stay. The breakfast each morning was very nice. They catered to a Gluten Free option which was great! My husband loved the fresh bread every morning. Very clean and comfortable. Would recommend getting rid of the air fresheners. Very strong smell. Too fragrant. We ended up putting it outside of the room as we couldn't sleep."

"Wish we could’ve came here earlier to see the surrounding areas. Made it on time just to pack and sleep and then leave the next day. We were able to see the northern lights that night. I would stay here again. Had everything we needed for the night"

"Great hotel and spa, really well presented building and the rooms were clean, well equipped and quiet. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very attentive and polite. OK it's a little pricey but well worth the experience overall. The only negative for me was from the Lava restaurant where I had probably the worst steak ever especially given it's hefty price tag."

"The hotel staff are very friendly and attend to guests needs quickly. The food is excellent and the chef produced excellent evening meals. Rooms are big and the bathroom had both bath and shower so you could soak out the cold after a day out. Hotel is just outside city centre but public transport is easy to use."

Our first night in Iceland, our anniversary was made special from the moment we checked in. We were served a fantastic dinner with in the beautiful restaurant then enjoyed the spa and sauna before watching the northern lights from our room. Truly memorable! "
