"Location is very convenient and all of the staff - Eduardo, Erik, Gurtej we dealt with were very helpful and courteous. The only con was our room facing a building which didn't give us privacy so had to keep our shades pulled. The shower could have been designed better as water gets out and is also really small for an average built person."

"This hotel was great! It wasn’t above and beyond but it was not bad by any means. Perfect to come back and sleep. Parking was easy as it’s right there but you do have to pay, they only have about 4 parking spots for hotel guests. Rooms were clean for the most part. The shower was a bit strange but it made sense to fit in the bathroom. Got the job done! Spa was the best part and a nice perk. Beds were comfy! "It a great place to stay and relax if traveling and visiting Jokulsarlon. A night stay is not enough, I would say at least 2 or 3 days. Very friendly staff. I would recomend modifying their restaurant menu though. The steak was waaaaay no appetizing. Second night we order cod and maaaan, you could tell that it was a frozen fish just warmed up and cooked. It was probably better if ther are SOUP options specially its a cold place to stay. A salad or any mediterenian dish would also be lovely....

"Quiet lodging a short drive from the city. Clean and a great area to see northern lights. Did not receive check in instructions via Expedia and had to contact property upon arrival. There seemed to be no staff on premises so I actually had to contact a sister property. A bit confusing. "
