"The hotel was charming. From the outside it does not look like much. But inside there is clever and eclectic decor. Others have noted the rooms are small. For us they were fine, but we understand for the $$ something bigger might reasonably be expected. We figured that we were paying more for the location (which was great). The restaurant was excellent. "

"We had great accommodations. The location was suitable for walking to most attractions. I did not like the idea of checking in at one central location and then having to lug our suitcases to one of 5 other properties. Did not know ahead of time which apartment we would be assigned. If a person downloads their app, I guess one can check in remotely. "

"My room was clean and comfortable. The bed though firm had many large luxurious pillows and a down comforter. Also got to enjoy the spa with a small heated pool and sauna. Breakfast was the perfect amount of options and no matter what the task the staff was super helpful and attentive. They were able to help us schedule cab pickup, bus pickup, get extra towels, etc great service "

"Wonderful location and great front desk help! And the breakfast at Snaps was filling, fast and cozy - great before a day of touring! One thing to note - the apartments are right off Rainbow road…such a fun location, but noisy at night. We were there on the summer solstice so maybe we hit a particularly noisy time??"

"City Center Hotel was in the perfect location for what we wanted to do in Reykjavik. It's close to restaurants and nightlife and we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. The staff was incredible at recommending parking (parking is in P1 and is free after 9 pm). The rooms were gorgeous and clean. "
