"It wasn’t a good experience from arrival. We understand that there’s flooding in Dubai. No guidance or email to let us know of alternative route and where to park. We ended up searching for few hours to get into the Ibn Battuta Mall. We tried calling the hotel gor guidance but no answer at all. "The hotel is very strict with where you can drink alcohol so this isn’t ideal for someone that wants to take a drink to your room or the lobby as it’s not allowed. All restaurants are buffets and it’s hard to get a reservation at the dinner restaurants. You can only book two days in advance and they fill up quickly. It’s quite disturbing though to see so many open tables in the dinner restaurants when they claim they are full. "
