"Like the premier location, everything else about this hotel is first-class, from the friendly and helpful staff to the sumptuous breakfast, comfortable and spacious remodeled rooms (ours had a view over the Duoro) and multiple little lounge areas. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else."

"Nice place - and room was comfortable and clean - so not a bad place to stay. First room was given had a very foul smell in it - so was given another. Some staff at front desk were extremely rude, seemed to be prioritizing helping people they knew and not following order people were lined up in."

"This is a charming, eclectic art oriented hotel. The flower room bar is delightful, a great place for photos. The location is great for sightseeing in the central historic district. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. They could not have been more welcoming, helpful, kind and fun. We are definitely planning on returning!"

"The hotel is beautiful! staying here is part of the experience of coming to Porto! The hotel is centric but in a quiet area, 10-15 min walking to the cathedral and other attractions. The staff was super nice as well. "

"I was here for solo travel for my birthday in October-November. I booked the deluxe double and another room here. I experienced exceptional service and hospitality here. I felt like a princess honestly. The decoration for Halloween was so fun and festive, there was delicious themed snacks and breakfast was amazing 5 stars!! I have no complaints at all. "Wonderful service at the front desk! The location is good... except it's on a BUSY / LOUD street next to a very loud tunnel. Beware if your room faces the street... bring a sound machine. Also... not a plush or comfortable mattress. Finally... as expected for Europe... my room was extremely small and tight... though the shower was decent sized. Overall... good location, GREAT service... but beware of the "noise"!"
