"Not a good representation of the Ritz Carlton brand. Suite room no. 1000's bedroom is accompanied by the incessant noise of exhaust/AC unit outdoor. Towels in the bathroom are old and thin. The vanity mirror in the bathroom is half fallen. Bathrobe is missing a belt loop and old. Both requests for a room on a higher floor and support pillows were not met. Turndown service was not done on the third evening. Very, very little TV channels. Food and beverage offered at the executive club lounge were limited and nothing extraordinary. Parking fee (for executive club suite) was RM15 for 4 hours! Not a single cent discount?!"

They lacked the warmth and welcoming smiles that are typically expected in hospitality. This initial interaction slightly dampened the otherwise stellar experience and is an area for improvement."
