"Our family with two kids had a staycation here during a public holiday. To our surprise, husband and I agreed that the beds were not comfortable at all for such a luxurious and reputable hotel. Breakfast buffet choices were good but husband did get rice that was hard and “sand like”. Kids club costed us rm160 and one parent needed to be present. "Booked it for business event. Staff is very nice to give us the executive room with a separate working room. Overall everything went well, hotel are able to send us more chairs after our request, my guests are able to get free parking. Just that the Wifi couldn't connect on the second day due to reached amount of users."

"The interior design of the bedroom beautifully showcases the essence of Kuala Lumpur with artful touches inspired by the city’s heritage and modern charm. The room was a perfect mix of comfort and creativity, featuring a plush bed and is spacious enough.However, the staff at the reception fell short of expectations. They lacked the warmth and welcoming smiles that are typically expected in hospitality. This initial interaction slightly dampened the otherwise stellar experience and is an area for improvement."

Normal stay. Not so satisfying.

"Just a normal hotel. Tempat menunggu kenderaan kecil. Tp ada bell service, good. Lobby x besar sgt. Sarapan pg okay la. Bilik pun normal. Pool utk kanak2 kecil je. Parking agak sempit utk keluar masuk, tp cukup la. "
