"Our family with two kids had a staycation here during a public holiday. To our surprise, husband and I agreed that the beds were not comfortable at all for such a luxurious and reputable hotel. Breakfast buffet choices were good but husband did get rice that was hard and “sand like”. Kids club costed us rm160 and one parent needed to be present.
