"Clean and comfortable room. Every staff is friendly and will greet you everywhere. Easy and fast when check in and out. Variety choices of food provided for the buffet at Paya Serai restaurant. A lot of parking slot though during weekend. The set back was the loud noisy sound of vehicles on the road outside of the hotel. Can't sleep well the whole night due to the noise disturbances although the bed and pillow are comfortable. There are only KFC and 1 nasi kandar restaurant and 1 convenient shop...

"Our family with two kids had a staycation here during a public holiday. To our surprise, husband and I agreed that the beds were not comfortable at all for such a luxurious and reputable hotel. Breakfast buffet choices were good but husband did get rice that was hard and “sand like”. Kids club costed us rm160 and one parent needed to be present. "I loved the ease and convenience of this hotel (once I found it). After going back and forth which which hotel to stay at, I confused the two sama sama's and Sharil was kind enough to assist me with transferring my reservation at 2 in the morning, which was so much appreciated after long travels!
