"The hotel itself was lovely. We found that the restaurant listed in the booking was actually only for breakfast and was closed the day we came. There is major construction going on nearby. The staff however made the stay worth it. They were able to hired a taxi for us and made recommendation where to eat. Please be aware that there are at least 2 flights of stairs that you will need to climb."

"Beck's Bed & Breakfast is a sweet jewel of a place in a remote region of the Crooked Tree Wildlife Refuge (a birder's paradise). Robert and Becky are warm, incredibly knowledgable hosts and provide a respite from the hustle and bustle of vacation stress and more tourist dense areas. If you love birds and plants and two sweet dogs you will love staying here. They had Christmas decorations galore so we didn't miss out on the Christmas spirit. We wish we could have stayed longer.
