"Clean, roomy very friendly and helpful. I did not like that there is nobody out for 10 PM to talk to you at the front desk except security. I had a little bit of an issue with little fruit fly type bugs all over the counter because the carburetter was not properly cleaned. Once I cleaned that it was perfectly fine. I will let the desk know, but they did call me at 6:30 in the morning to respond to my calls, which I was not pleased about. I’ll let them know and they were helpful and apologetic....

"The property was ok. There are mosquitoes! But I went to the supermarket and bought some mosquito destroyer the black coils, and it was smooth sailing from there.The beach is across the street. I stayed on the first floor, some guests weren't too quiet, but wasn't the hotels fault. They just lacked home training and respect gor self and others. There is a young man named Tiger, very humble and friendly, he will guide you .Book and have fun!"

"The apartment was amazing, had everything we needed. Towards the end of our stay we were getting the bands from a hurricane which cause some leaking in our roof, they immediately moved us and upgraded us. We will be back. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is friendly, the rooms are great. Highly recommend"

"Stayed there several nights, only one other family at the hotel so had the pool and grounds to ourselves. Enjoyed using the free bikes and kayaks and sitting on the dock at sunset."

"Great staff. Good food. Overall a fun place to visit. It seems like a Florida development that didn't take off. If you stay at the casitas (Walked the semi built lots adjacent & was a bit sad), it'll be great for a couple days. Ours was bigger than expected, but a couple dead lights & loose shower tiles get noticed after the first day. Highly recommend for two days, but not much more (and not sure about the all inclusive despite only the one restaurant) Really a great & so so place. Kayaking was...
