Hard to book dinner reservation on restaurants inside the facility unless you want eat at the buffet restaurant. Hallways in the rooms was wet, witnessed 3 guest slip and fall due to wet floor. our room door was always wet and damp due to rain. limited indoor staff for activities since it was raining all week during our stay. So guest that are hangging out in the lobby has nothing to do. for a hotel that was fairly new the place seems like its falling apart already.

Place was nice, only issue trolly/cab stop @ 12am m-f and 1am on the weekends to take you to your casa there are 6 building and the walk can be long if your stayin in casa 4 and above

Our son’s room had cockroaches thriving in the small fridge area,so meaning it was not treated for a while. We called 3 times to address the issue, and it was t addressed. The beach is not great and the amount of kids is overwhelming. Steak and sushi restaurants were terrible. Just a lot of issues to work out there. The interior showing signs of wear, the lobby bar couches were stained and the service is slow.

The staff were very friendly and helpful in answering questions and providing suggestions. The variety and quality of of restaurants was also a bonus during our stay. We look forward to visiting again in the future.
