"I love this resort and stay here every few months. I wish that the spa services weren't so pricey. The rooms are large, beautiful landscaping. Tasting room is great but recently they have closed off a large section of the patio for club members only. Restaurant quality of food is ok overall but a bit on the pricey side. Overall it's a lovely resort. "

"I can’t celebrate this hotel enough! My mom and I spent 4 nights here last month and are hooked! The staff (Krystal, Karl, Nikki, Elizabeth, Rick) were all outstanding in customer service! We felt so well taken care of. The hotel is spotless, beautiful, offers little touches that we loved, small and quaint, and is adults only. We’re planning a return trip for November."

"All'Horton si respira l'aria di storia, la struttura è bellissima in stile vittoriano e in posizione centralissima nel Gaslamp Quarter. Le camere sono vintage ma generalmente ben tenute, letti comodissimi, apprezzatissimo il caminetto e il balcone con affaccio sul cortile interno. Buono anche il ristorante interno, purtroppo non c'è la disponibilità della colazione. Il personale è un po' freddo. Prezzi assolutamente concorrenziali."

"Loved our stay, but two points to be aware of: 1.) the beach is often closed to get into the water due to sanitation issues flowing up from the Tijuana River. 2.) skip the breakfast buffet…$75 per person $21 per drink…lots of great breakfast places nearby on Orange street."
