"The hotel itself was excellent. The staff was great. Close to Disney, restaurants, and stores. The only downside was I was suppose to receive breakfast coupons for my stay. The front desk forgot to give us some and no one explained the breakfast service. When my daughter and I got up early to go to breakfast before going to the parks we were told we had to pay. I tried to explain but the hostess said she wasn’t made aware of a “coupon” "
