"We liked that it was in a residential area close to shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly accommodating helpful polite and responsive. "Booking with you was useless because I got to the facility and they were not expecting me. All rooms were booked, leaving an unused room that was all dusty with a dirty bathroom. I couldn't return because of the distance, the bad road, and the fact that it was late. This issue must be addressed."
