"Nothing but an awesome hotel. Very nicely located within walking distance to eating places and to Plaza de Armas at less than a mile away walking distance. Mr. Victor, owner of hotel, is nothing less than outstanding! Room are very comfortable, very clean, bathrooms are very clean. Breakfast is included and healthy. Mr. Victor prepared us breakfast to go at 4:30 in the morning even thought hours are 6-9 daily, wow! I will highly recommended this hotel during a stay in Cusco, Peru."

"Best property I have ever stayed at. Everyone was extremely courteous and they thought of so many details. Things like bringing hot water bottles to place under your sheets to warm up the bed and blankets by the fire pit. The breakfast was superb. If I go back to Peru I am definitely staying there again."

"One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, every little detail was perfect. Since the moment we arrived until we left the service was amazing! The check in was fast and easy, and we were greeted with local tea.The rooms were cozy and clean with a coffee machine and pods. We also enjoyed the art tour and local alcohol tasting that the hotel offered. We had dinner in one the restaurants. Excellent food, wonderful service and we have opera singers and live music. "

"This is a really hotel, not just a family/Airbnb style hotel. 24 hours front desk. I have no issues on English communication. It’s pretty important for me who knows nothing about Spanish except Hola and gracias. They are very professional, efficient. The only thing is, you need to walk a quite steep side way to access the hotel, but consider this is Cusco, it’s expected."

"This property had a great location, 2 min walk from the main square. The property in general is very outdated. Room was ok, with narrow window to court yard, was very cold and dark. Bathroom was good size but very cold and dark. The heater was provided upon the request. Breakfast was decent. I purchased tours with the hotel front desk, prices were good, tours picked up us from hotel. The hotel provided with to go breakfasts when we were leaving early for tours, that was very nice touch. "
