"We had a great stay here. The metro station was just steps from our hotel. The staff was always willing to help. We had a minor issue in our room and they were there within minutes to get things resolved. We loved our stay and would visit again without hesitation. Wonderful bedding, shower and accommodations. The restaurant was very good with great views of the city."

"The location was good, a few steps away from Bongeunsa exit 3. There is also a bus stop right outside. Its a short walk to coex mall through the station. The room itself is a little small. I didn't realise the sink is outside the toilet which i don't fancy to be honest. Toilet has japanese style bidet which was nice. I find it odd they dont provide a kettle but gave tea bags. Not sure how to boil the water for the tea. There was a nespresso machine which i didnt use. No amenities given for...

"It was close to Coex where I had the conference. The place was clean and adequate. The cafe was closed with nobody informing of that issue until I asked. The gym should be open 24hrs and it's not. Nobody cleaned the room nor did they bring new towels during my four night stay. I took a short to get dry cleaned and asked to be folded and brought to my room and neither of those two things happened."

"I stayed here for about 10 nights and it was really nice. The staff are so kind and the view from my room was incredible. It’s about a 10 min walk from the subway but a nice walk anyway! Only thing I’d say is some of the furniture in my room was chipped so a repaint would have been nice. Apart from that I’ll stay here again."
