"The location was excellent. Close to everything. The family room on the 8th floor was spacious and quiet. My favorite part of the room was automatic water dispenser! Korean winter is pretty dry and having water dispenser and kettle was great way to hydrate. The CREW were accommodating. We were able to check in early and get needed rest. We received a welcome snack and that was very sweet! Special shout out to Benny at the bar, who took care of us when I needed non-sugary, non-alcoholic drink....

"Mixed feelings about this review. I've stayed here in 2022 and really enjoyed it back then so I chose to stay again for 3 nights. I was a little disappointed this time around. I'll explain the pros and cons, for me: Pros: staff are really friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were seamless and they store luggage, if needed. The room is very spacious (deluxe King room) and the bed is very comfortable. The location is not too far from Seoul station and about 15m walk to Myeongdong area....

"We arrived early from Incheon Cruise Terminal, and the lady owner let us check in anyway. Room simple but clean, shoes off and slippers on policy. The location is perfect for the tourist areas, we actually walked quite a lot. Absolutely recommended!"

"So glad we stayed at the Lotte hotel in Seoul. So convenient to the subway and transportation, and there was a lot to do in the area. I would recommend getting the breakfast buffet as it was fantastic every morning. Plus, there is a mall downstairs which has a food court and other shopping available. "

"The hotel is conveniently located near the Seoul Subway station, exit #7. Also, next door to Namdaemun market… so there is a lot to see and do around. Very comfortable, nice and helpful staff. They also have a nice bar. "

"Hotel28 is a really pleasant experience with the friendliest staff you will ever encounter in Seoul. Wish It was a little more spacious, as the bed had barely enough room to the sides. It is also right in the heart of Myeongdong, so you can spend your entire stay exploring, eating and shopping in one of the most popular tourist areas. There’s also literally a Din Tai Fung in the hotel on the 2nd floor. It is also across the street from Lottie Department Store and not far from the subway...
