"We had an incredible, amazing experience staying at the hotel. "It’s a heritage hotel & has beautiful building /dining area but, reception area & rooms are not upgraded for standard of a 4 star hotel . Also there is the issue of smell & noise due to the location. There were also mosquitoes in the room & bathroom so do ask for all out to be plugged in the room before your check in .also we had to call maintenance to fix the showers as there were no water pressure on the first day of check in . "

"Great location to explore the city (15-minute walk to the City Palace, Hawa Mahal, etc). It is located on a busy corner which has its perks and disadvantages. The staff is very helpful and kind, the room was clean and delicious food was available at the restaurant for breakfast. We struggled a bit with getting hot water in the shower but that’s probably on us! "

"Poor service: I booked this room for my 76 yr-old father who was traveling from BC, Canada. (Nov 14, 2022) When he arrived on the property, he asked the manager/owner for use of the bathroom (after his 6-hr car ride) before checking-in.
