WiFi only works at the lobby and common areas and we have to ask front desk for a password that expires. There’s no elevator so we have to carry our luggages upstairs, in my case on the third floor and I was already super tired so having someone there to help with the luggages for tips would be nice. "The property did not have electricity. And when I booked it that detail wasn’t in the description of the cabin , I had a very bad trip because of that , at least should say no WiFi no electricity, I took my kids and was very very horrible and disappointed ! "

"Property was amazing, we stayed in the treehouse, which was wonderful to wake up to bird noises and monkeys and other wildlife running around. The only challenges they charge for everything and you have no choices. Costs included internet, transportation from the dock to the hotel eac way etc. staff was great all excursions were great with the exception of the night walk in the Amazon. Same walk during the day would’ve been more informative. Treehouse was amazing but be prepared for bare bones...
