"good points, staff: in reception & pool/restaurant v. good, food: - brekky ordinary, dinner good quality & value. room: A/C wonderful, bed comfy, size enormous, not noisy (but had to ask reception to turn on hot water for shower as required & man with wellies entered room & did something in bathroom!) "Definitely the premier property in town. The rooms are incredibly spacious and air conditioning is excellent. The pool is large and comfortable. We didn't realize this was an all inclusive when we booked so that was an added advantage as well. The staff were incredibly helpful as I had to navigate a luggage issue. We highly recommend this as the premiere option in Leticia."

"Fantastic staff, beautiful garden, very comfortable bed and hammock, relaxing atmosphere, and friendly dog and ducks. Just be prepared for the 100-parrot alarm clock every 6am as they leave the town square and settle in and around the grounds for a while. (It's actually a great thing to be able to see them up close)."

Keep in mind that there is jot Cellphone reception due to the Hotel location. you can pay for WiFi approximately $3 to 4 dollars for 6 hours only and you can only use Whatsapp for messaging and audio calls (not video calls)."
