"The property is in the central downtown area and close to the airport. This is great for people who likes to walk the area and leave for sightseeing The food and drinks were amazing. Two nights we came home late and didn’t have any functioning showers or toilet with low water pressure but once we made a call the water was on in ten minutes. Great place and would stay again. "

"This is such a beautiful property!! There are various eating options. It is extremely safe (there are 2 checkpoints). PLEASE visit the SPA (1000/10). The golf space is beautiful. They put a door decoration and provided goodies for my birthday. My cousin and I used Ubers back and forth off of the resort and was extremely safe. The staff is amazing and kind, they had amazing various night activities. This place is AMAZING!! Please go and enjoy!! "

"I have been here several times. Staff is always great and there's usually at least one person on hand that speaks English. Free breakfast that they offer is so so. Beds are pretty hard but it is what it is."

We were greeted by Andres, who was very helpful, and then Mr. Ricardo helped us choose the tour we wanted and gave us invaluable information on how to enjoy Cartagena. I highly recommend purchasing tour packages at the hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel for its services, the wide variety of breakfast options, and most importantly, the excellent service. We plan to return to this same hotel."
