"Got in around 9am on a Saturday and surprisingly they had a room available. Upon check in they gave us 2 free breakfast buffet coupons. Staff texted me throughout our stay to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything. Fantastic stay and close and walking distance to Sea World and Aquatica! My son and I will definitely be back! "

"The hotel was good and the pool and beach was great but the lifts in the hotel were terrible! Literally waited for 15/20 minutes for a lift sometimes as only 1 was working. Breakfast was amazing. "

"The Grove Resort was an excellent facility! I enjoyed the property completely. The rooms were spacious and modernly styled. There were so many activities for our kids to get involved in. My only complaints: food on the resort are over priced. The check-in process is horrible!!"

"I was forced to make 2 reservations back to back because the hotel and the venue I signed up for don't communicate well. I made several calls prior to my arrival explaining that I either wanted to merge my reservations or did not want a room interruption or delay if I had to change rooms. The venue said I had to work with the hotel directly because the Hotel did not give them the option to make the arrangements. "I am not really sure why the reviews here so poorly match the state of the hotel. It’s run down and a more than a bit grubby. The staff are lovely and helpful and do their best to take care of you but it doesn’t really make up for the fact that the hotel needs some serious upkeep. "

"A great option if you want to be around South Beach. The area is less crowded compared to the other hotels in the area. Customer service was great, all my requests were processed very quickly. The valet parking offered by the hotel is very convenient, but it is quite pricey. But overall, the location, the staff and the room was great!"

"Went for the spa... the park was an add-on. The boats to Epcot and Hollywood studios are extremely convenient. I had read so many reviews it was quiet, its not, there will be children running and yelling at most times throughout the day no matter which luxury suite you pick, but its a Disney Resort so it was it is. The spa was phenomenal though and for me saves this from being a 3 star review."
