"Hard to rate, had unusual circumstances. Arrived late, had hard time getting in door. Code was right but lock wouldn’t engage & open up. After 20 attempts, it magically worked. Once inside, contacted the 800 number since no one on site. maintenance person lived hour away…but (un)fortunately was already on his way b/c another family was unable to get into their room.
