"The room is comfortable. View from room 1913 is nice. But the elevator is slow. very very slow. and parking is somewhat a bit inconvenience and they charge RM 15 per day (multiple entry) and valet parking only. inside very nice. once you get out from the property. its a "sight" to behold."

"I highly recommend Alia Premier Hotel . Everything about my stay , the room was nice, clean , quiet and staff are the friendly and very helpful. The hydrotherapy pool is so relaxing . This hotel is 1 block away and across the street from the beautiful Petrona Towers, location is spectacular. Restaurants and food vendors close by including the evening street vendors at the Kambung Baru ( LRT station) "

"Been returning to stay here year after year, but I feel it’s time for a major maintenance & refurbish work. Master-bedroom toilet has a foul smell from the sewerage. And the pillows on the living room sofa also has a weird smell on it. The furnitures all starts to feel worn out. Would be great if the TV is upgraded into smart TV too. I will still consider to return & hope to see improvement on my next visit. "

"Pengalam yg kurang memuaskan. Front desk not really attentive and tk mesra. Keadaan bilik yg kurang selesa dengan bau yg tdk menyenangkan serta bunyi air yg mengalir dr aircond. Kurang penelitian mantainence dr persekitaran resort dan juga keadaan dalam bilik. At last kami check out malam tu juga. Hopefully ada pembaikan serta naik taraf pd masa akan dtg. "

"Dr segi perkhidmatan,staf hotel agak kurang mesra dan kurang membantu.walaupun kita hanya pelancong tempatan tetapi layanan sepatutnya sama atau mungkin lebih mesra kerana kita gunakan bahasa yang sama.dr segi makanan sarapan pagi yg disediakan, sangat sederhana bak kata 'asal ada'.kebersihan bilik agak kurang memuaskan malah ada waktunya bilik tidak dibersihkan.persekitaran sederhana walaupun lokasi sangat strategik di kawasan bukit bintang.tetapi keadaan waktu malam amatla mengecewakan kerana...
