"First time staying at Hilton KL and was pleasantly surprised! Good accessibility to KL Sentral station and walking distance to the Nu Sentral mall. Location is superb! Staff were extremely friendly and polite. Sangeeta who assisted with my check-in was lovely and called me personally when my room was ready. The rooms were clean with a nice layout. I would definitely recommend Hilton KL to my friends!"

"Everything about our 6 night stay was excellent. The staff were all exceptional and all of the food we had was excellent. The health club facilities were excellent. The Family Room was large and extremely well equipped with great views. My little boy had a great time, the kids activities were only attended by him most of the time, but the staff still made it fun. The pool is a little tired, but still had a great time playing, all the poolside staff were excellent and kind. All in all a great stay, thanks Hotel Shangri-La!"

"Great hotel in perfect location! Right next to Sentral station, we caught the train in from the airport and walked through the walkway to the hotel. From here, access to all the public transport lines at the station, also a shopping centre with food, shops, grocery, massages, movies and more without having to go outside if it’s raining. Easy walking to other areas for more food. Hotel itself great, everything you would expect and staff very friendly. Would highly recommend!"
