"とにかく駅近で便利でした＾＾深夜のチェックインにもかかわらずスタッフさんが対応してくださいました。お世辞にも綺麗なホテルとは言えませんが、駅が近いのとチェックインが24時間対応とは有り難いです。　歯ブラシ、ハンドタオル、寝間着（浴衣）あるので私は事足りました。シャワー室が女性は1つなので少し困ることもあるかもしれませんが、お互い譲りあって使えばいいかな＾＾；寝るだけだったので、駅が近くで十分でした。ありがとうございます。"

"As American tourists, this was our first time staying at a capsule hotel. It was certainly a memorable experience. Similar to a hostel, everything is communal and gendered (separate male and female floors). The place itself is extremely clean and run in a very orderly fashion. "Everything was great. From check in, to having my own locker, new towels and Pjs every day and just necessary essentials. I was not comfortable with the bed. I stayed multiple nights with just a thin pad you’re lying on. Not comfortable at all. Besides that, I don’t have any other complaints. I enjoyed being walking distance to the metro. That’s imperative to have. "

"The accommodation was perfect for the price. Comfortable bunk beds, great shower, clean, hot and strong pressure. Other guests were quite and considerate. We had a private 4 bed dorm for our family. Convience store very close by, yummy breakfast to buy, good atmosphere in the reception area/cafe. Small laundry facility with directions to a bigger one if you need to wash more. We had a great stay, walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. "

"Wanted to try out Japan Capsule hotel. This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Shinjuku station. The place is clean and has an onsen bath. Breakfast is provided and there is a big lounge area to relax have coffee and chill. Only bad thing is the lift. only one lift to serve 7 floors and it takes so long for the lift to arrive in order to go up to your room. Otherwise, its a great experience and nice stay"
