"I definitely loved the location, close to Okachimachi station, 4 min walk to Ginza station, about 15 min walk to Akihabara. Ueno shopping was crazy busy, food is always top notch. Hotel was perfect for a family of 4, washer/dryer combo in the room gave us more room in the luggage to bring gifts home. There is a cool and very traditional town in Ueno that was filled with Temple and Shrines. Amazing trip, we are already planning our next adventure because we didn't get to do everything we wanted....

"We were visiting from the United States and loved staying here! It was our first time in Japan and they made everything perfect. It’s less than a 5 minute walk from a station. Barely any language barriers as we used google translate or some English. Breakfast was delicious and rooms were always clean. The bathhouse was spectacular as well, super relaxing. "Close to Ueno station. Arrived early day 1 so went and left our bags and then explored Ueno Park and the beautiful cherry blossoms. Very close to lots of food options and shopping too. Room was decently sized for Tokyo. Separate toilet room and shower room. Plenty of space for two suitcases and even a desk with chair. We found this to be just what we needed. Note though that the lifts were super slow. "

You also have multiple restraunts and convince stores all around. The room itself is small but has all the necessary amminites. The bathroom is nice and functional.
