"The Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel is a nice property with exceptional rooms, a great breakfast buffet, a good location in Seoul, and even a casino on-site for guests. We enjoyed the restaurants and the property thoroughly with the only exception of a very bad smell in one of the rooms that got worse during our stay. We informed the front desk of the issue, and they apologized, but we were checking out, so there was nothing that could be done. Strangely the hotel hallways and elevator corridors...

"The hotel has all the qualities of a great 5 star. Grand Hyatt Seoul is one of the nicer and luxurious one compared to other Grand Hyatts in the world. Super classy hotel with great services to match. I love their ice skating rink, and managed to squeeze time to enjoy their pool too during my short stay. "

"So the room is very clean itself. And the common area is clean. The front entry way and outside areas are dirty and there are lots of cobwebs. The ladies who run the guesthouse are pleasant. The bathroom for 201 is not attached; it is private but you must walk through the common area to get to it. The subway is about a 10-15 min walk. "The girl is close to lots of shopping and dining. Being at a subway stop is a real plus. It’s bed noisy on weekend nights. It’s a busy social area for young people. When I say night I mean from 9 PM until literally 6 AM. "

"The decor of the hotel is really cool. Reminds me of a Stanley Kubrick movie. The location is great for getting around Seoul, and there's lots of options for food and nightlife in the area. For the price, I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Thank you for a great week in Seoul!"

"Place was a little hidden but around a lot of cool spots. There’s a hair salon, pharmacy, convenience stores, and bakeries/restaurants. It was a bit far from some areas but still there was a lot to do around. The room was small and the bath is very different from any other baths we’ve seen before. The place wasn’t that clean at first but we asked for a clean up and they did it super quick. Check in was super easy and check out too. It was a nice cozy spot."
