"The Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel is a nice property with exceptional rooms, a great breakfast buffet, a good location in Seoul, and even a casino on-site for guests. We enjoyed the restaurants and the property thoroughly with the only exception of a very bad smell in one of the rooms that got worse during our stay. We informed the front desk of the issue, and they apologized, but we were checking out, so there was nothing that could be done. Strangely the hotel hallways and elevator corridors...

"The scent of the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner was not appealing. Also, I think the 9th floor executive lounge should only have children over 12 years. Young children crying is not really an executive lounge for business traveling. Family lounge should be set aside on 2nd floor. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay and I would come back. "

"Good value for money. Right outside itaewon station which was fantastic. Nightclubs around the hotel goes on until 4am so only suitable for those who can sleep with music. Otherwise you will struggle to sleep. Otherwise great hotel"

"The decor of the hotel is really cool. Reminds me of a Stanley Kubrick movie. The location is great for getting around Seoul, and there's lots of options for food and nightlife in the area. For the price, I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Thank you for a great week in Seoul!"

"The space was very clean and comfortable. The person at the desk kindly went over everything to make sure I understood how to use the locker and enter the spaces. I would stay here again! :)"

"Place was a little hidden but around a lot of cool spots. There’s a hair salon, pharmacy, convenience stores, and bakeries/restaurants. It was a bit far from some areas but still there was a lot to do around. The room was small and the bath is very different from any other baths we’ve seen before. The place wasn’t that clean at first but we asked for a clean up and they did it super quick. Check in was super easy and check out too. It was a nice cozy spot."

"Good basic budget option and close to night market, shopping, etc. The property is older and a little run down, but not dirty or anything. Woman at the front desk couldn’t speak much English, but she was kind and check in was easy."

"A few steps up a short dead-end alley by the HOTEL NOBLE sign, and the unlocked double glass doors leads 2 steps to a self-service kiosk, oh no!!!! I'm completely lost! Thankfully, my movement at the camera monitoring the machine quickly brought out one of the managers who looked at my printed receipt, gave me a magnetic key and shiwed me my room, 8 steps away. The whole place is compact and efficient, clean, no frills, just the way I prefer. Okay, not completely no frills. The .5 cubic...
