"The Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel is a nice property with exceptional rooms, a great breakfast buffet, a good location in Seoul, and even a casino on-site for guests. We enjoyed the restaurants and the property thoroughly with the only exception of a very bad smell in one of the rooms that got worse during our stay. We informed the front desk of the issue, and they apologized, but we were checking out, so there was nothing that could be done. Strangely the hotel hallways and elevator corridors...

The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay there went smoothly and that all our needs from transportation to fresh linens were easily accessible. "Place was a little hidden but around a lot of cool spots. There’s a hair salon, pharmacy, convenience stores, and bakeries/restaurants. It was a bit far from some areas but still there was a lot to do around. The room was small and the bath is very different from any other baths we’ve seen before. The place wasn’t that clean at first but we asked for a clean up and they did it super quick. Check in was super easy and check out too. It was a nice cozy spot."

"A few steps up a short dead-end alley by the HOTEL NOBLE sign, and the unlocked double glass doors leads 2 steps to a self-service kiosk, oh no!!!! I'm completely lost!
